I wasn't exactly feeling my best last night
emotionally.

This is the Natural Product Expo West,
the show that announces internally
the coming of Spring inside me.

Guess what I ate?

A box of CHEEZE-ITS.

WHOLE FOODS MARKET has some
nifty Cheeze it substitutes.
I have been eating them too.

Great! More than 100 days of diarrhea...
check that....diarrhea since before the coming of Fall,
and here I am eating Cheeze its.

My diarrhea generally gets better by itself as Spring
starts coming in but this is my first Spring show of the year--
even if it is technically, a few weeks before the official
start of Spring.

Why am I feeling so depressed?

1. I am feeling lonely deep down inside.
I have not seen my Best Friend/Twin Soul
for a long time.

She is into keeping her problems to herself last time we talked.
She didn't want to spread them on me.

Don't you just hate it when someone does something for you,
and they say "No Problem?"

I hate it.

When I get to do something for someone, I prefer to say,
"My Pleasure."

It is a pleasure to have friends. It is a pleasure to pick
knits out of the hair of your fella or lady gorilla.
Maybe that gorilla that got shot a couple weeks ago
wouldn't have gone crazy, if it had a few gorilla friends.
Maybe it was gorilla go nutsy-crazo day.
Boom! Your Dead. One bad hair day.

We all need to feel like an animal once in a while
and let it all hang out,

There are times we all need to rant.

What are friends for if not for listening????

Today, I woke up feeling a bit better.

KEEP the BEET Media Star
The World's First Talking Beet Plant
is my closest companion these days.

I made some Greeting Cards yesterday
at the LONGS off Avocado Street in San Diego
before I drove up to Anaheim.

I made one of the new beet for TONY TRACY's
KEEP the BEET.

I also have a greeting that goes with
the lovely card I of beets I took at
LA MILPA ORGANICA FARM.

I will upload a low res of that one.

It is for sale here on my Marketplace page.


The lines inside will say:

I miss you
a bunch of beets
and flowers.

ANNA, the Reg person at the Super8, was at the desk.
I called before I drove up.
She had picked out my room,
Leaving any love notes for me
at the desk.
