Clearing things in my room.
Working with my supplements.

I am taking ORIGINAL QUINTON
twice a day.

I have been taking this supplement

Begining to take Original Qinton from a
new shipment:

Taking two a day in the morning.
beginning a new box February 18, 09.


I have persistent diarrhea.
Some improvement.
Generally improves in Spring.
I sense I will be geting more results
toward balance through Spring.

Recovered from a severe fall
after two months.

Some skin conditions,
not sure related to what,
last three weeks on back,
beginning to heal.

Counting...counting...
took photos of empty bottles.
Fed cardboard inserts to the earthworms.
They were attemtping to get out of the too much web.
I took some out and gave it to the Persian Mulberry tree
still sleeping. I think I see baby hummingbirds.
I would like to look closer, but I would have to get up
on a stool.
