I went to acupuncture today at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
Very discouraged, and this makes it more difficult
to stick with basics.

Basmati rice with PERMA GUARD Dimatomateous earth
seems to be one of my best remedies.

Nuva said buy a bunch of it.
There is no limit on how much I can take.
