Woke up early and took Isotonic Quinton, and then again before breakfast.
I feel this is having a deep effect on me that is going to take time.
It is not a silver bullet for the diarrhea I am having.

I may be having a die off reaction from Bionic Mouthwash as well.

Erik calls it the Herxmitter Effect. I am going to look that up
on Google:

Feeling positive after shaky yesterday. Near Overwhelm.
Got a lot of little checkin's done. I don't want to get bullied by the House
right now. This can happen.

Going to have some good communication with Chef Jem today
RE: basement and next steps.

Need things in place in basement, so A1 can be told to use a different spot
for sorting. This cannot be dead sorting area. Basement does not look good now.

Will spend some time decluttering this morning.

I was thinking about Richard Katz of FES. I want to make more of the Range of Light
Repertoire we have here. He was requesting info on flowering Aloe Vera. I do not
know the sex habits of Aloe Vera very well. I have seen it bloom here.

Saw the hummingbird yesterday. First heard zooming.
I would love for the momma to put up another nest.

I need to return WHO KILLED THE ELECTRIC CAR today to Blockbuster.
I am not sure i have time to watch this now.
I would like to take some notes.

Priority: House meetings with Chef Jem.

Pain a bit better in right hip. I feel about ten days ago.
Very concerned about this pain. I have been using a crutch at times.
