Cramps EVERYWHERE!!

Today I think the little bugs are leaving. Blood pressure was in the 3 digits up until last night (Saturday) I wasn't feeling up to par. I 'd been eating small meals (veggies mostly) I had to take blood pressure pill (temporary). I was a bit disappointed, but, I'm just gonna ease into the total juice fast. I'm experiencing the maximum feeling of cramping EVERYWHERE. I took 2 potassium pills. I just wanted to blog today because I missed 2 days. Hope everyones doin' the best. blog ya tomorrow.
