I do not want to embarrass SARA SNOW,
Green-Living Expert, Discovery Channel Host,
and member of the Board of Directors of the Organic Center.

The ORGANIC CENTER has a Mission to raise the Bar
for the Eating of Organic Foods in the USA.
We are currently eating about 4%.
We have a way to go to fulfill using 10% by
2010. This is not only the Organic Center Mission,
it is a personal SEED DREAM of mine that I planted
with Enchanted Garden Club Sponsor ANTHONY ZOLEZZI
about three years ago.

Here are the facts about Sara Snow.

Every time I see her, she is more and more beautiful,
more and more youthful.

I just spent a little time with Sara at
HOLLYWOOD GOES GREEN, December 8-9.
She was on the ROOTS TO SHOOTS PANEL,
Sustainable and Locally Grown Food Trends.

Sara Snow is the epitome of what I call a Nature Girl
who became a Full On Woman.

Sara Snow has smarts.
She is very intelligent.

She is focused.
She is professional.
She has heart.
She expresses soul in her work
and has a clear life purpose.

She has good relationship skills.
She shares high quality love with her
husband. I know. I saw them together
last June at the Del Mar Fair where Sara was speaking.

Sara Snow has good genes.
She comes from good stock.

In the old days of the Natural Product Expo West,
I attended a little gathering of Demeter Associates.
Demeter is a name associated with the Goddess of Grains.
It is also associated in modern times with Biodynamic Agriculture,
a Beyond Organic System that we value at
the ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY,
the 1/3 acre home I share with others here in San Diego.
PETER DUKICH, a man whose legacy was making
Biodynamic Compost for more than fifty years,
was a personal friend of mine.

At that Demeter gathering years ago I met MICHAEL POTTER,
one of the Founders of EDEN FOODS.
EDEN FOODS is one of the stellar companies
I love. They are Macrobiotic Quality.
In other words their food is the kind that
my spiritual Father Dr. BERNARD JENSEN
would recommend. Dr. Bernard jensen
helped restore people to wholeness
through pure, whole, and natural foods.
He was a proponent of Hypocrites
who said, "Let Food Be Thy Medicine."

EDEN FOODS has the quality of foods
the Hypocrites was talking about.

Michael Potter and Sara Snow's dad,
TIM REDMOND, have represented some of the
finest quality of foods on the planet
as co-founders of Eden Foods.
Sara as a barefoot country girl lived a life
that was surrounded by Eden quality foods.
I am sure she still goes barefoot
and that her feet touch soil on a regular basis.

I believe we are at an epic time.
We are again coming to realize that
the greatest human resource is a fully alive
human being. Investing in our
children, their health, and Chemical Free Kids
is one of the finest
investments we can make.

I talk about the RETURN OF THE BEET a lot.
I encourage each person to grow just one locally grown
organic beet plant--that we get from a farmer-- in a pot.
I am asking that our nation recognize again that we are intended
to Bank on Seeds and Plants to grow our Dreams.

Human beings come from Seeds.
Children start as seeds. All seeds grow
best in good soil.
