ANTHONY ZOLEZZi purpose is to aid and assist business in taking
steps toward a more organic and green life. When Studios license
products he suggested using a health standard. Does the produce
have high fructose? That is not good for kids. Anthony wrote

ANTHONY ZOLEZZI has much to say to HOLLYWOOD GOES GREEN.
He was in the audience at the closing panel, from Roots to Shoots-Sustainable and Locally Grown Food Trends at the historic conference that set trends in December 1008.


Anthony's is Green All Over. That is where we are called as an Entertainment Industry-- to be-- Green All Over.

Green is about more than picking up bottles on the beach, or the really great idea of having no plastic bottles at all. Green is about being Green
inside.

As Dr. Bernard Jensen (1907-2001), an elder pioneer in Health writes
in the book HEALTH MAGIC THROUGH CHLOROPHYLL THROUGH LIVING PLANT LIFE, "When you are green inside, you are clean inside!"

Clean is what we are all about now. We are immensed now in what I
am Calling the GREAT EARTH CLEAN UP, and this cleanup, has a lot to do with cleaning up our act.

Anthony Zolezzi, a mover and shaken for the ORGANIC CENTER, one of the lead non-profits aiming to raising the bar on organic usage from its present 4% to 10% by 2010, writes about his own conversion to locally grown organic foodin the fictional book HOW DOG FOOD SAVED THE EARTH.

Anthony tells his own story here:

I'll never forget the afternoon over 10 yeas ago when I observed both a conventional strawberry field and an organic strawberry field, all on the same day. The contrast was startling. The first was devoid of life - the soil actually looked dead - while the second was alive and abundant with butterflies and earthworms. This one experience was life-changing for me. Ever since that day I have made it my personal mission to educate people about the importance of eating organic and naturally grown foods. I have also taken an active role in promoting sustainable agriculture and organic and natural food production on family farms.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work on numerous projects that have helped to nurture this mission. These have included serving as a board member of the Organic Alliance, as a founding board member of The Organic Center, and as a co-founder of the Association of Family Farms, an initiative to organize family farms and sell products direct from the farm to retail and food-service operations. I've also co-authored books, including Chemical-Free Kids and Chemical-Free Kids: The Organic Sequel, resources for parents who want to raise their children in a toxic-free environment.

Their local grown foods are available to Hollywood. They do a number of farmers markets in the Los Angeles area on weekends, Saturday and Sunday.

Joe Rodriguez Jr. supplies locally grown organic strawberry through most of the year now to the these Farmers' Markets. The above strawberry is one of his.

The story had locally grown strawberries that Spring that were growing in the field
that morning. I brought them in. Anthony Zolezzi and his Associaiton for Family Farmers
supported that project in 2006.

on Green. As a sustainability consultant for
the Entertainment Industry,
she has her finger on the pulse.

early on at HOLLYWOOD GOES GREEN,
the two-day epic GREEN SUMMIT

Lauren made a good point.
she knew that the green movement,
relatively knew to HOLLYWOOD and the entertainment
industry, had deep roots.

There were advisors and consultants who had been
looking at the deeper side of green for many years.
Many of those advisors are available now.
