Well I just wrote this message and lost it due to website malfunction. So here's a short version of it. Day 1 of VLCD (very low calorie diet). Not hungry. Had a red bull in the morning, sole & celery for lunch, sole and tomato for dinner and an apple twice for snack. Lots of water and tea. Doing 150 iu shots in the morning. Used regular shampoo, conditioner, soap and moisturizer but will start with oil-free products soon. So far so good but can't imagine this working for me even though it works for everyone else. Will know more tomorrow at weight-in.
