I have found the keeping of a journal important for renewal.
I write to reveal myself to myself.
Sometimes, I have a hard time being with myself.
When I write, I do this. Writing becomes pure survival during emotional-charged times.
Through writing, I unblock my life energy.
I move constricted feelings through making contact
with deeper inspiration and strength.

To journal is to take time to pause between experience, to reflect, to value.
Write out your Seed Dream. Keep a Garden Management Journal,
a record of what you planted made visible.
As your seed grows into a plant, as your plant grows,
let it help you FOCUS and keep in mind the growth of your Seed Dream.
Let the growth of your plant help you grow into a new consciousness,
a new fusion within you.
Care for your Plant, as you care for you dream.
Allow your plant to be a biofeedback,
and look to the growth of the plant for metaphors of your Seed Dream Plant growth.

The “Garden” is a metaphor for consciousness.
The “Management” is each of us.
To “Journal” is to honor, and anchor our experience.

Be Still and Know,
I am Your Mother Earth

I am your Mother Earth.
From this moment on, think of me everyday.
Say hello to me when you open your eyes.

I am your Mother Earth.
This is what I ask of you:

Know my plants, and lovely foods, animals,
and many kinds of different people
I made different on purpose
from my different kinds of holy foods.

I am your Mother Earth.
Plant me. Plant me green.
Plant trees upon me.
Plant trees upon me, and flowers,
and lovely foods that grow healthy children
and their mothers and fathers.
Plant beauty upon me,
extend beauty
by your very hands.
Get to know me through
giving my baby living herbs
a home in your life so I can teach you better
how to feel me, and love me
and I love you.
Get your fingers soiled in me
I am your Mother Earth.
Look out for me.
I'm looking out for you.
Let my little children teach you.
Watch how my children play.
Surround yourself
with children and grandparents.

Protect my forests,
and native peoples
who know my forests
and simple ways as their home.
Spend time each day being simple.

Know me silently,
and I will grant you courage and grace.
All your beautiful dreams will grow upon me.



Fill your life with compassion.
Most of all, know you are safe.
As you sleep tonight,
I fill you with inspiration.
I promise you forever a new dawn,
and miracles.

Rest well. Rest assured.
