I am here in the PCOM Library.
I brought Chef Jem in for his own appointment.
He came out two hours later very enthusiastic.
We came over to the bank of computers in the library.
I wanted to give him some quiet time to Blog before
we continue our day. We would like to go out for dinner,
presumably to Whole Foods Market.

My Bowel has been irritated all day.
I ate foods yesterday that I do not normally eat,
including a sliver of two kinds of pie.

My Bowel has been attempting to eliminate what I ate all day.

I spent the morning working on a Blog about yesterday.

I am a bit unsettled about the Agreements that I want
to put in place and discuss before moving my things in.

This is the morning that Chef Jem and I plan to begin
moving some of my things---consciously--into the Basement.

I do not want to skip steps.

How will this feel to A#1 who also has a lot of things
outside? I want to have agreements in place.

There are Agreements needed for this.

There are other Agreements necessary that we
need to look at;

RE: Chef Jems's space in the basement.

A#1 things in the Basement.

I am in the middle of grounding
the healing experience I had yesterday
that represents Deep Healing.

I want to capture a bit of that story,
and then move on into the work of this day.

I have an Acupuncture appointment at 2:30 PM

I would like to have Chef Jem come along,
and get an appointment of his own.

THE THINGS That GO in the REGENERATED BASEMENT
NEED TO REPRESENT HIGH INTENTIONALITY.

EACH CONSCIOUSLY PLACED.

EACH recognizing these are Seeds that will effect
what we intend to grow here. They will influence
the other levels of the house, property, and outreach.

From the Basement of the Enchanted Garden
will grow a Higher Consciousness in the World.
