So I'm finally down to 166 wow i so proud of my self i cant wait to be in the 140
.. If your doing a juice or water fast or any diet don't give push through .Once you see the weight slipping away its the ultimate gift I promise .... I starting to fit in to my close again . The ones that i started this juice fast with don't fit at all .... I'm so excited ! well now back to reality i still got to lose more weight but I'm getting there ... ( : ( :
