Really difficult day.

The most pressing issue right now is my health.
I had a good day yesterday.
Eton Shalom, who I will see on Friday, asked me to keep
a food diary for the week.
Tuesday:
made a chicken in the crock pot.
Ate two or three times....
Rice and some chicken as well late.
Significant improvemetn with Diatomaceious Earth....
Dousing myself with this and green Vitamineral powder
and Gultamine powder and Vita Biosa.
Wednesday:
Stress, improved bowel.
fragmenting.
Firs meal some chicken then some rice after 2 PM
Thurrsday
Improvement:
Rice and Squash...
three times...
some chicken late...

No food befroe 11:09:
Can I settle into some work?
I am tired. Better take a nap.

Hello Everyone:
Now we are in Autumn, the season ruled by the Vata dosha in Ayurveda, the classical medicine of India based on living with seasons and with your own unique Body-Mind type, called Dosha. Everyone is affected by the characteristics of this season, but if you are a Vata predominant type, you will be more affected. If you are over 55, all the more so, as this stage of life is ruled by Vata.
By knowing your Body-Mind type, you can make wise choices about lifestyle and diet.
King Solomon said Wisdom is the beginning of all other virtues, health, happiness, etc.
When Vata is balanced, we are quick, communicative, happy, and full of energy.
When Vata is imbalanced, we are anxious, restless, fatigued, constipated, and unable to sleep well.
Aggravating factors for the Vata dosha, are dry climate and foods, cold climate and foods, and fear.
Excessive dry and cold food examples are dry cereal and cold milk, salads, raw food, foods with strong astringent, bitter, and spicy flavors.
Excessive fear can come from too much stimulation, noise, inadequate rejuvenation and relaxation, and your natural constitutional typology. Some of us are more naturally fearful than others.
The key treatments for Vata are to eat warming, nourishing, moistening foods; to masage the body with warm oils like sesame or medicated herbal oils, and to seek warm nourishing experiences, along with adequate rest and repose.
This means both physical and mental rest. The most profound mental rest comes from meditation. Centering type exercise like Ashtanga Yoga and Tai Qi also quiet the mind. Sports are relaxing and discharge steam, but do no tlower the flame on the pot. And people who have strong Vata energy should not overdo aerobic exercise.
Fear. We all fear the unknown. The ultimate unkown is the end of days, and each autumn we are reminded of this possibility by looking at nature. Fall the leaves do somersaults. Movement. The energy of the plants returns from where the plants arose from.
There is nothing to fear but fear itself; with mindfulness meditation fear is processed and nervousness calmed by entering the state of present consciousness. This is quite possible for you and me.
