Loud sound of laughter
invading my Space gets me out of bed.
Coming from the Dining Room.
Incongruous.

I have been lying in bed
Focusing on the word "Simple"
for what feels like a number of hours.

It was my remedy for too much experience
coming in yesterday, enough to give me
early morning waking nightmares
and anxious feelings through my body.

Simple.

Keep as best as possible the Focus
of Simple goals for today.

Get my Fall-Winter Bed made.

Somehow get my sheets from the laundry
without any more bugbites or intrusions
of bad air into my nose.

How distracting, even to think about that.

Turn on the music.

Simple.

Get help going Simple.

CD malfunction.
Quit Itunes. Cleaned off CD.
O.K. import success.

Finished breakfast...heated 365 Whole Foods Market Black Beans.
Got creative. Add some cooked short grain bown rice and,
and, cut up one of Joe's Eight Ball Zuccini's.

Ate under the Ceramoya Tree.

Been standoffish. Attempted to protect myself.
Laughter and Frivoloty of conversation coming through the door
from Marcia, who is hear to clear house.

There is a lot of energy around the house today.

Paris needed to communicate about the Mille.
He fixed the broken one with one he bought for $75.00,
now $50.00. He has an amazing gift.

My nose is itchy from one visit to the basement, I guess.

Redrying the sheets. Still have it as a goal to see the bed made.

Micro bug nibbling at my right angle.
