Woke up early, then wrote these notes below.

Started to look at Debate review.

Went back to bed.

Sudden pangs of deep felt lonliness
Maybe it was contrast from being in an enrichiing
community atmosphere. I felt like an outsider part of the time.
Other times, I feel a part. It was very special to be acknowledged
by many people who recognize me from many years of service here.

Sadly, this is only a once a year experience,
where numbers of the people here get together more frequent servcies
throughout the year.

It was good to be included as much as I was.

Some of the kids only come together for this once a year as well.
I have watched some of these kids growing up.

Deep frustration that my overwork on the cleanup did not leave time
for too much preparation. I did not get to the point of seeing how to do less
and be more effective.

Kid activity after lunch had bad timing. Kids had already left.

Some things I want to Clear up here at home--relationship issues.

I did communicate with H., rather than hold that in.
Followup with Gaia...cloth shower curtains, H requests.

Thank God, brought EG Mobile in. Red light was going on
and stalling. Bill fixed it. Some small piece in the Carburetor.

I feel shock when I feel that kind of lonliness.
Makes me wonder if I have what it takes to clean up
for my own good in here.

I see where creativity saves me.
Paris is back from wonderful experience in Europe.
He sang for the Pope as part of a choir.

WHAT I LEARNED:

Saw very clearly the results of lack of detail and overwork.


BOWEL HEALTH

This was a major factor.
I was not able to complete the Tashlich Ceremony on the beach.
I left to go to the bathroom, a far distance, and did not return.
Concerned I would have to evacuate again.

What do eat?

I am not sure.

Shock: I am in my Fall cycle.
How to treat this IBS?
It seems to naturally reverse in Spring....around the
NPEW.

Rice?

TODAY:

Clear my desk.
Give myself some time to get current in my Space.
Reward.

Need to slow down.
Insanity of going too fast produced lots of frustration
at High Holidays.

Many missed Signals.
