1st day of water fast. So far, so good

Hi everyone. I'm new here so I'm sorry of I mess somethig up.
Anyway, today I'm starting a 30 day water fast. It's 4pm here and I haven't eaten anything today. I feel kida dizzy and I hope this dizzyness goes away. Trying to drink a lot of water and to keep myself away from kitchen.
The logest I've done a water fast was 11 days. I remember that it got easier with every day so I hope that this turns out good.
