They say a Shabbat nap is intended to be restful.
I just woke up.
Lots of residues of injured feelings.
I went deep. I slept deep for a number of hours
after my first meal that came very late in the day.

The four of us sat in the backyard here at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community.
It took all four of us to get to that level of safety and expressing.

We are about to take on the Basement.
This I have thought of in the past as a Herculean task.

Last summer I named it the Great Earth Cleanup.

Cleaning and Clearing from this Basement does feel like
it has Cosmic proportions.

Manley P. Hall's wife once wrote a book about Unearthing.
She was refering to digging out and revealing parts of Frances Bacon's
work.

I want to dump a lot of things out of here.
There is a whole section from the 80's that may contain
certain Dr. Bernard Jensen Archives. I am not sure.
The 80's things have been hard to reach.
They are stuffed tight near lots of clothes that belong
to one housemate who has lived here for many years.

There is also another whole section I would like to release.
Those I would like to make the easy parts.

I will be working against dust mites and all kinds of things
that can come into a Basement where mold, mildew, and all kinds
of moisture and stagnation has been allowed free reign.

Some people do not go into the Basement who live here.
Some consider it Hazardous to their health.

Chef Jem is down in the best corner near a window.

It is Crucial that I make more headway today on the Bank Statements
that I started yesterday.

I have to stay on top of these days.
We want to Clean the Basement out for cleaning by September 1.

There was some resistance to having the things I need to look through
in one area of the back yard.

The Clearing we are doing among ourselves is part of the Process
of this Great Earth Clearing.

It is 4:51 PM now.

I am going to wash some dishes,
and then water some plants,
and then begin.

I may need to take another nap at some point.

A couple of powerful emails met me this early morning,
feedbacks from the work of last Saturday at the SOS
Climate Change International Conference in West Hollywood.

Had dinner with CHef Jem.
Ate potatoes and carrots. Carrots were from JR Organics.

One more emotional blowout in the kitchen.

Did not do any records.

Going to to a couple prep things.
Need to do some kind of Self Nurture.

Want to print up a photo for David....

and switch La Milpa Organic web gallery for download for
Barry Logan.
