a celebration of the journey.


Notes on the Calendar

The Seed Dream for Chicken Soup for the Soul
was that One Billion will be sold by 2020.

The Black and While photos in this calendar are from
1994. Other Chicken Soup for the Soul
photos are from the Tenth Anniversary of Chicken Soup for the Soul
HCI Party at Book Expo America (BEA) in 2003. Other photos are from BEA
2008, and other events in between.

The plant in the photo from 1994 was a lettuce. The lettuce seed
in the art Seeding Our Dream was harvested on July 19, 2008,
in a spirit of blessing and reseeding the highest aspirations and successes
of Jack, Mark and all old friends featured in this Calendar.

A few of the poems were read at MEGA events
over the years.

In 1994, the day following ABA, I took the HCI books including
the first Chicken Soup for the Soul. to a stream. I planted
the sale of millions. The rest is history. I did this for love.

in this Calendar were commissioned by Mark Victor Hansen.

Copy #1 & #2 of the Calendar, signed and numbered,
were made for Mark.

I can see making other Special Orders of this Calendar--

Members, and Seed Dream Planters!

PLANT YOUR DREAM!

Historical Note:
Seeding the Dream for Jack, Mark and HCI was one of my
most successful Seed Dreams planted. There have been
many others.

I am currently gearing up to do the ULTIMATE PLANT LOVER
for HCI, their new Highly Successful Series. This book will
have many SUPER RIPE plant photos.

Leslie: Include plant photos that will be in the book.
It's O.K. to have a photo of a Job's Tear, etc.
