Salt Water Flush

Ok, ok.... maybe Im exaggerating a little bit BUT everythign Ive read about the salt water flush (SWF) portion of this cleanse STRICTLY states that you shouldnt leave close proximity of a bathroom for an hour after... It will be, quite literally, a sh*t show..... I just boiled some water to dissolve the sea salt and im waiting for it to be lukewarm.

SWF ----> 32 ounces of lukewarm water and two teaspons of Celtic (non-iodized) crushed sea salt.

I messed up already... Was supposed to take a tea called SMOOTH MOVE last night but didnt. ARGH! So i am doing the salt water flush this morning and will begin with the lemonade mixture today. Smooth move will have to wait till tonight. lucky me!

Anyway, Last night I weighed myself on my brothers scale and i was 200 lbs. So lets see how this goes.
