it doesn't matter
the mind's negativities
and it's proclivities
going down the drain
...they've been such a pain!
No more it seems
do the thoughts ream and rake me,
shuddering and whimpering,
over the coals of despair...
Suddenly I don't care
for them anymore!
Be gone, I say!
Hey!
You are not needed anymore
You've been the Devil's whore
keeping me sighing and crying
but nevermore! nevermore!
to be free of you forevermore!
This is getting to be such a bore
and so we get down to the core...
