.63 daily average loss

It took me 14 days to lose the weight I regained between lowest weigh in of R1 and starting R2. Almost under 170 now. I really thought that would have happened in less than 47 days. But considering I started at the doctor's office at 199.6 and now am 170.1 showing a loss of 29.5 pounds to date which is still a loss of .63 daily average, I am pretty happy.
