having a really hard time right now

Day 6 was bad, I was ravenous which shouldn't be possible. Weight yoyoed back up by over a pound. Couldn't go to sleep, didn't wake up at my usual body clock time in the morning. Struggling again with the same bloody set point. Frustrated.
