Joe is being influenced by a Water Shortage. He has to cut back
use 30%. He is not growing as much food as last year. I would like
Scott to get his lettuce from Joe. Scott has an organic catering company.
I love the foods he makes. Lots of Chi.

I have been enjoying getting to know
Scott Wagner, the Chef from Chico Catering
for a number of Months.
I first tasted the ChileCo Food at the Wildfires Benefit
last Fall.
I invited Scott to the Farmers' Market last Sunday
He was also at Tierra Miguel Foundation Farm last Saturday.
