I am protesting this ticket.

It was clearly in error.

My front tire was completely against the curb.
There was no space to get any closer.

I was turned into the curb, however slight it may appear.

I park here often. This is my house.

I am well aware of the incline of the hill and the danger of rolling.

I got in the Vehicle after receiving this ticket.

I turned on the ignition.

I attempting to drive forward.

This was impossible. My front time was lodged against the curb.

If I am being asked to completely turn the tire into the curb causing an indentation,
this is damaging to the tire.

I am very concerned if that is what is being asked.

I clearly roll my tire against the curb and make sure it cannot roll forward.

I would like Officer Young to be in touch with me about this.

If there is any instruction I need I want to be informed of exactly what is being asked.

I have lived in this house since 1982, and parked on this curb 1000's of time within no infraction.

Call me at 619.482.9669. I want an appointment to be instructed if I am incorrect in how to park legally here.

Let me know if having this via email is sufficient.

If Not I will send in a photocopy in two weeks, after my events are done.

If I am able to find the time, I will do this tomorrow.

Have a good day.

Leslie
