Kopali Dried Fruits make a wonderful compote I am being told this morning. Compote, soaked dried fruit, helps the digestion, said Dr. Bernard Jensen. Compote is also a favorite Passover treat.

This is the Centennial Celebration Year for
my Spiritual Father Dr. Bernard Jensen (1908-2001).

The American Father of Iridology, Iridology is
the art he used to peer into the iris to see and help balance
organs through providing food,
Dr. Jensen had recommendations
RE: Dried Fruit.

He always suggested we reconstitute it for
better digestive ease.

My mom, Anne Esther Goldman, was a master Jewish cook.
Our home was right near the shule next door in East L.A.
Beverly from the Raskin's Bakery would come over our house
for my mother's dishes. There was never a shortage of baked goods.

Anne's Compose made of prunes and reconstituted fruits
was a special treat.

Dr. Jensen was talking to me last night.

He appreciated the lovely Kopali Organics samples that
the Conscious Goods Alliance Bus Crew left here
at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community Kitchen.

I am thinking of doing an Art Project of some of these extraordinary
high quality Kopali Dried Fruit selections. I will turn my camera to them.

Dr. Jensen is also suggesting that we do some experiments
for the New Kopali Recipe Book, Ways to Use Kopali Dried Fruits.

I am going to ask our Kitchen Chefs here at the EGIC
to make a Special Breakfast dish called Anne Kopali
dedicated to the recent lovely visit of the Busateers
and in memory of my Mom Anne.

The Kopali dried fruits are all Fair Trade.
The sales in part are helping to keep Indigenous peoples
making a fair Livelihood.

Angelene and Anna, head of our Orgasmic Culinary Department
are going to go wild over the Chocolate Covered Banana's.
ParisBingo is a Goji Berry fan. The Buskateers left me a bag
of Chocolate Covered Goji Berries.

All the Kopali lovely dried fruits and Delectables
are available exclusively in Whole Foods Markets across the country.

The Conscious Goods Alliance Bus is now heading for Tucson.

They will be doing a Whole Foods Market Demo there this
Friday.
