When all else fails, slow down and do less.

Headache all night.
Got a simple outline of the table tomorrow
and weekend events on the floor in the living room.

Having to take it slow.

I had a severe headache much of the night.
I have been very tired much of today.

IT is 2:50 PM
Woke up with a lot of logistical things to do....
These are things that needed to be worked out
days ago...but did not get worked out.

I made a couple calls.

One Key person was unavailable.
Heard her overwhelm. Expressed love.
Asked about parking the EG Mobile at her place on Earth Fair.
She could not hear me. She was over her head she said.
She got off the phone. More important priorities at her end
to deal with.

My body is determining what I need to do next.

I have not been sleeping much this week.
I have not been eating much, or regular.

I thought I would go out to the Rodriguez Farm and spend the night.

Oh, I better check the oil.
I need to go to Staples and get a refill on a 57.

I have not printed off a booklet of direction
from blogs.

Have to keep this very simple.

Need some water bottles.

Rest essential to do this at all.
