down two pounds...wow

187.5 this morning. COMPLETELY unexpected.
Did third injection of 175iu of hcg. After the first two days of gorging, this is crazy. Read ALL of Simeons manuscript Pounds and Inches last night instead of just skimming and reading sections. I am so impressed. He wrote in there many people lose two pounds after the two gorge days, but I did not expect to see anything. If this can heal my PCOS then hallelujah! because I haven't been able to lose any weight on any diet.

Just water for breakfast. Growly tummy this morning.
3.5 ounce (raw) organic grassfed lean beef patty, 8 oz strawberries, 4 oz cucumbers with braggs and some potassium salt for lunch.
