glutton day, but cannot hold much

Got my hcg yesterday, mixed it up last night after much fear and trepidation.
Did first injection left glute this morning. 175 dose.

Eating what I want today...had a homemade peanut butter cookie for breakfast, some fried rice for lunch. Was too stuffed by not much food. Wondering how the Very Low Calorie Diet (which I keep referring to as the starvation diet) is going to work out starting Thursday. Please God let this hcg therapy be the miracle I need for my health.
Need to go home and install the shower filter. I am sort of ashamed that I haven't done so before now.
This is also day one of no shampoo or products(!!!), no deodorant of any kind, no oils on my skin, etc. I have a bar of kiss my face olive oil soap in the shower, my usual baking soda and tooth soap for teeth, and a jug of vinegar for rinsing my hair. Costco bag of baking soda and four 3 pound bags of epsom salts. I think I am ready to rock and roll.
Went for a walk downtown, shared an appetizer of mexican food with my son. Drove to four different places trying to find teflon tape to install the shower filter.
