cheated, but getting back on wagon

After my enema yesterday I became so nauseous, My stomach felt full of bile and i really didn't want to throw that up.There's nothing else in there. I drank some vegetable broth and it subsided for a minute before raging again. I made it to the supermarket, bought some coconut water and almonds. The coconut water helped and I ate 3 handfuls of almonds.I was craving nuts. The back of my throat constricted with the coconut water and the almonds restarted my allergies which thankfully had stopped since day two.

I'm going to forgive myself this slip and continue from here on coconut water only. I'm unsupervised and cannot afford the electrolyte imbalance.

Woke up this morning with pains all over my left side, left eye runny, left shoulder pain, dull ache in left leg, pain in left side of pelvis, left nostril blocked. My right side seems fine. I'm forgiving more and more people each day and myself for my failures and inconsistencies.
Today I let go and wish my supervisor all the success in life. He works hard and deserves it - and no he does not owe me anything.

No my acne isn't any better.
