I have had some transforming diet changes these past few weeks
with Chef Jem in the kitchen.
He is into the Nourishing Traditions school of thought.
Some of this is about Life without a Frig.
We hit a new high yesterday. Macadamia Kefir!

I wanted to upload the recipe but the Video has
one of my housemates in a couple of the frames.
She would not like the idea of being on the internet,
especially in her bathrobe!
I will call on Chef Jem to offer up his procedure
when he sees this.
I loved this drink made with Kefir Grains!
I digested it quite well.
I have a few favorite drink!
Greens mixed with Macadamia Kefir!
The Greens on Top are a Spearmint leaf from the garden
and broccoli sprouts for the Mini Portable Enchanted Garden!
