Dear Norman Stephen, Zak, and the Folks on the Bus,


Here is the Scoop!

I am still refining the Enchanted Garden Earth Day participation
events and logistics.

I spoke to Carolyn Chase last night. I know it is in the works
for the bus to be in Balboa Park.

Kennedy is not going to be there this year, near the stage.

I am wondering if we could park the bus on the street
in front of the World Beat Center?????

My dear friend Makeda Dread of 91x Radio and streaming world wide
TV from her own studio in Balboa Park will be doing an all day
Reggae type event at her World Beat Center right there on Park Blvd
as part of the Earth Fair.

I vision is to set up a table at the Conscious Goods Alliance Bus
or have the EG Mobile next to the Bus, preferred. I will check with
Carolyn to see if this is workable.

I launched KEEP THE "BEET." THE "BEET" GOES ON!
over the weekend at Whole Foods Market Hillcrest.
This is the One Person + One Pot! I'm a Gardener program.
I want to see up from 3% to 10% by 2010, and then
A Nation of Gardeners by 2025, 100% return to Organic.

I want to have a Rally Round the Beet, a Drum Circle
near the end of the day in Balboa Park.

I had 100 drums beating to a poem I read called
"Song for the Homeless" at the first Earth Fair.

I am asking Paris + Stephen to come up with
a new song and "beet" song we can ALL CO-create
for this event!!!!!!

I want to do this drum circle and have 100 drummers at least
to launch the Epic KEEP THE "BEET." THE "BEET" GOES ON!

You will Love the World Beat Center!!!!!!!!

Makeda has regular events there.

They have the Ethno botany Garden there!!!!!

It is a natural matchup if it can be coordinated.
I will be in touch with Makeda later this morning to see if this falls in place.

In any case, I will add energy to the bus wherever we are in Balboa Park.

That is Sunday, April 20.

On Monday, April 21.

The Bus will be at Whole Foods Market Hillcrest.

That is my Home Store.
I was part of the Local Vendor Day last Saturday.
I am tight with Caroline in Marketing, assistant to Ray Kau.
I had a table both Saturday and Sunday this weekend.
I want to have a table near the bus at WFM on the 21st.

I will be promoting KEEP THE "BEET"
and various Conscious Goods in the Garden WFM Department.
I am also promoting the Pet Promise Get Tips Card, the
grows wildflowers. Andy Mitchell of Pet Promise and Anthony Zolezzi
are both members of the Enchanted Garden Club, as is
Norman!!!

I want to invite the Bus over to the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community
the eve of the 21st as we did last year.

You can stay here and shower. I want to do a mini garden workshop
around Keep the "Beet."

The Next Day is the official Earth Day.

Whole Foods Market Hillcrest is participating in
the San Diego State University Earth Day Fair.
SDSU is located within walking distance of the Enchanted Garden!!!!!
It is right down the Street!

I need to make contact with the organizers asap.

I can see the bus at SDSU.
I want to have a table there as well.

I imagine you are scheduled to do WFM La Jolla on Friday the 18th.
I will check on this. I am tight with the Store Manager at the La Jolla store
if it is still Dave Sanders. He was the mgr at the Hillcrest store.

On the 19th there is some kind of event at the Del Mar Fair.
Kennedy Carr, friend of Human, knows about that one.

I am going to be in Temecula (still to be final confirm)
at a state of the art Children' Museum of Temecula.
That is near the Rodriguez Farm, the man who grew the
strawberries I brought last year. It could be possible
to spend a night at the farm if you wanted to do that event
with me on the 19th.

This is an Oscar calibre Kid's Museum national known.

They are going to do a Go Organic theme that day!

I will be in touch with the museum likely later this day to confirm.

I know this is a lot.
