Starting master cleanse to prep for starting hcg therapy. The hcg is on its way and should be here in a week according to the pharmacy. Going to follow Dr Simeons protocol. Some friends tried it and recommended the process, and something has to work for me. I feel like I am trapped in a foreign body. I was diagnosed with PCOS and took metformin for one year. I quit taking it three weeks ago. My weight has gone up since I quit taking the met, which it had not done much of while taking it. I want to get as much of the cleanse in and a liver flush before starting the hcg since I was taking medications until a few weeks ago. Not a fan of prescr*iptions and western doctors.
Really, my hope and prayer is that the hcg therapy is the miracle I need to restore my metabolism, get this unnatural weight off, and get my health back.
I have been walking my doggie every day, doing fluidity a couple times a week, just got the cruiser out and have been for three short rides in the last week. My rebounder arrived and I did two ten minute plus sessions for two days, but only one yesterday. My core is sore from the rebounding..pleasantly surprised there. My calves hurt from it, but the longer bike ride yesterday helped that a bit I think.
I have to get this stored unnatural fat off of my body. It is making me crazy.
