Ok so I think I lost 1 lb Woo Hoo!... the scale went between 1 and 1.8lbs...

Ok so I think I lost 1 lb Woo Hoo!... the scale went between 1 and 1.8lbs... anyway... I was hoping for a bigger reduction in weight after 5 days of fasting but I'll take it :) At work but thought I would check in :)
