This blog is about my weight loss experience. I am 5'2'' and this morning I weigh 136.8. My goal is to weigh about 115, to release about 21.8lbs.
I am going camping this weekend so that should help with stress! Stress is the main reason I overeat. This morning I have to go to yoga for school....
I just hope I can release this weight. I think I have food sensitivities that cause me to retain water. For example, bread made with yeast and cheese mainly do this. If I eat a lot of those foods, I will retain a lot of water, and even if I only eat a small amount. It's probably better to avoid cheese and yeast for this weight loss progress. My goal is to weigh 115 by June 1. That gives me a little over two months.
