Here we go 20 more days!

I am trying not to notice if my weight changes from day to day. I am losing inches and that is what matters the most. After all these days of fasting I realize that those "Lose 10 pounds in 2 days" diet schemes are ridiculous! I have fasted for nearly 20 days and lost just over 15 pounds. Anyway, I am doing one shake for breakfast and water for the rest of the day. I am happy to almost be half way done!

My new weight goal is

140 -145

I am currently bouncing around at 165
