uneventful

This was a very easy day! I am still having a bit of rumbling in my stomach, not totally sure why, but today was easy. I didn't do a whole lot. I had work and then I came home and fixed dinner for my husband. I did not work out today because I usually don't on Mondays. Its a bad habit, I know.

My tongue is very coated...disgusting. I had a BM today unprovoked.

My pants have a few inches of room in the waist now. A very nice feeling.

Day 8 begins strictly water. Wish me luck!!
