and feel 100% better. My first meal was boiled broccoli, an avocado and two eggs. Today I had two meals - steamed spinach, tahini and avocado and...just now...BEEF with broccoli. And I feel fantastic.
I've wreaked my body with all this fasting and crash dieting nonsense - depleted all my muscles and reduced my metabolism to 0.
So now I'm on a training program that I'm learning at school (yes, I'm taking personal training lessons). Two workouts daily, each followed by a meal is my plan so far. Weight training with free weights and elastics, with protein supplementation. This should be exciting as I'll be able to sculpt my body.
I still believe in fasting - water fasting - on days where I'll have no physical activity that may cause muscle tears. I'm thinking to spend Monday in bed with a bottle of purified water and some documentaries :-)
