Finishing up the bottle of Colloidal Silver as an antibiotic. Acupuncture treatment. Need to find strength. Unnerved.

I have been in overwhelm.
Uncomfortable and very challenging things
are being heeped on top of a priority to
transition off Juice dieting to foods.

I would like to prepare for the Natural Product Expo West
but my thoughts are being distracted
by major foundation issues.

Best Friend reminds me that
Colloaidal Silver is an antibiotic.

Oh yes! I used it to get rid of bateria
in my bladder about one month ago.

Michael Huffman produces a good brand of
Colloidal Silver. I am almost out of the bottle
i used last time for the bladder.
It worked for that.

Passed on Antibiotics:

Went to acupuncture today.
Good treatment.

Donna Keefe was the supervisor
at PCOM. I like her very much.
She is an old friend.

She gave me the go ahead on eating
some foods.

I added rice today.

Stopped off at the Thursday market
and got some Joe the Farmer locally grown
organic lettuce and chard from JoanE.

I stopped at Whole Foods Market HIllcrest
and bought some brown rice cooked.

I ate the whole pint in sections,
the last with some Follow Your Heart Grapeseed Vegenaise.

I ate a whole raw lettuce at the stand.

I hope all this digests.

I am feeling depressed.
I was up at 5:52 with a call from Lurrae.
Too much too be thinking about right now,
these issues:

At this point, I do not feel I have what is
being asked of me.

Can I find the strength to focus on what I can do
and see clearly?

Going to lay down
and self nurture.

Maybe read a page of THE NEW EARTH
by Tolle.

Stomach needs some space.
Would like to take a round of Nuva Yeetah's
Ayurvedic herbs, but will wait to
see how stomach does with the food.

Did not overeat too much.
Could have been a lot worse.
