This is the sixth day on juices.

I did not have an opportunity to take care of
my body properly yesterday.

I was out much of the day.

This morning, I had some very special
insights to share, but then I stepped out of my
room to write a Manager type note on the board
and caught a left curve by a note there.
I feel distracted and alarmed. My attention is drawn
there. Such is a common pattern living here
with so many others.

The deep insights are fleeting.

I need to write them up.

The immediate need is nutriment.

I want to make myself some fresh juice.

I do not want to be sucked up in conversation in the kitchen
by the distraction.



RAW NOTES from MORNING INSIGHTS:

Organ Altars:
Organs as Shrines of Consciousness.

I am aware that I have come to a state of ignoring my body.
I have been working some other model of attempting to
hold the pieces together.

Dr. Bernard Jensen's energy is with me this morning.

He saw the Organs each with unique identities.
He knew how to feed each individual organ.

He understood the Kidneys.
The Liver.
The Skin
The Bowel.

These he called the four organs of elimination.

I started to feel a bit of heaviness in my head.
Sort of like I could be having a headache
from toxic buildup.

Oh! The Healing Crisis!
Have you heard of a Healing Crisis?
Do people on Curezone talk about that?
I do not know.

Dr. Jensen understood The Healing Crisis.
He taught Herings Law of Cure.
Herings Law says something about how the
Healing Crisis occurs. It occurs from the Head Down,
from inside out and in reverse order.
That is what Dr. Bernard Jensen taught.

I am not sure exactly what he meant.
I believe when he said from the Head Down,
he was speaking metaphorically.

I imagine I am remembering right.
Someone else may know better about
Herings Law of Cure.


9:34 AM back....

KNOCK! KNOCK!!!!!
on front door.
IT's SDG&E, the Gas Company.
Oh! Today is the Chosen Day
for them to put in a new Safe Gas Line!

The Tree Trimmer is due today at 11 AM!
That I scheduled.

The Hummingbird nest is empty
on the orange Tree.
Empty Nest Syndrome.

Music...of the organs.

dream: what comes up is stored someplace in the body....
energy.

Quite a night.

Had a shocking wake up nightmare about the
Essene School of Thought Library
and its current state of putting it out.
Copyright declarations are preventing
its flow. Some of this is in my head,
but the state of relationship between
the channel for the information and me
is stressing.

Realize that this dream came from stuck energy
in one of my organs.

Jensen what he knew...

Ellen Tart Jensen: Better go see her!
She is the daughter-in-Law of Dr. Jensen.

Insight: This Kidney Stone Issue is
prep for Jensen Centennial

Intention:

March 14 Video. I will be there.
Trash my greatest fear about NPEW.
Put My Mind in Gear.

Profound Loneliness...as a way of life.
I am living in the Results of how I am investing
my energies.

Body Ignoring...
I have been ingnoring my body.

Don't like it...never worked for me
the way I had hoped.

Healing Crisis?????
If I keep gong on this juice,
I could have a Healing Crisis.
Jensen was a master of understanding
the Healing Crisis.

When the body is ready,
it will have a Healing Crisis.

It takes Wisdom to know what is going on....
sometimes, when you are fasting or juicing,
it is possible for the body to be strough enough
to kick out the toxins. This is not the time to
take aspirin, to stop the pain. This is when
Dr. Jensen used enemas and cleanses.

I better call Linda at Jensen's and get some
Colema parts.

Am I ready to check on the state of the Colema Board????
It is stored on the back porch.

Make fresh juice first.
