There are 14 people in the ER at UCSD
right now.

My primary care physicial Daniel Bressler
suggested I go in last Thursday when I called
in and told Leslie, a nurse there, that I was
having severe kidney pain.

I did not want to go.

The pain was intense in the morning,
but backed off.

I called Michael Huffman, a naturopath,
a friend who has me on a protocol taking
60 million year old (approx) trace minerals.
That product make of Fulvic and Human Acid
is called SynerG. Michael tells me it can
help dissolve Kidney Stones.

Michael advised me to go on apple juice for three days.

I did not eat Thursday. The apple juice,
unfiltered and organic arrived that late afternoon,
as well as Anica Montana 30C Boiron Brand,
my remedy of choice for pain.

I called a number of friends and asked them
to send me energy.

By Thursday around 7, I felt a lessening of pain,
enough to drive.

I drove to PCOM--the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
I had an excellent session of accupuncture.
Darren did a protocol for Kidney Stones.

I went to bed that night with some discomfort.
I woke up the next morning with little to no pain.

Friday was all about getting support.
I talked to a number of close friends on the phone.

Saturday, I was on my second day of apple juice.
Darren suggested adding Apple Cider Vinegar.

My foundation felt unstable Saturday morning,
but I felt I was hungry for companionship...


2:15 PM end of part one...


9:15 PM
I got a call back from Leslie,
the nurse at Dr. Bresslers.
I was able to schedule an appointment for tomorrow
to see the another doctor in the office.
This will allow me to get an xray so I can see
the size of the kidneys stones.

I have been having the runs.
I added greens.
I am not feeling kidney pain now.
I have been working on finances the last couple hours
to attempt to get some stability.

I have been running fear about doing finances
and distracted from taking it on.

I cannot handle any kind of glitches in record keeping now.

I was able to create an Homeowners Insurance report,
and also add this as well as the property tax to the
report called Arosa House Tr. This produces an
Arosa House Income Statement.

I have one more step to add in.

This is good progress.
I can see inflows and outflows.
We are in pretty good shape as far as
the need to raise further rents.

This does not take into account A not paying rent.
What is the total without her paying Ulities?

I have been feeling very unstable.

Going to add in the Work Fund account now.
Paid out to James $35.00 for tree trimming.

Tim is scheduled to come on Wednesday with his crew.
I better call and further define what we are getting for the full amount.

Can I pay the Cable too tonight?
How did I get so behind the eight ball with confidence levels
RE Record keeping?

Break time...

got to go...
and also take my Ayurvedic herbs...

Drinking some straight celery juice...
Yumm!

Bill Spear suggested I go in and get an Xray to see what size.
Certain sizes will not come out with intervention....

I am not in severe pain, but this is dsitracting me from doing other things.

James is cutting parts of the Brazilian Pepper Tree...

I made an appointment to see Danny Keilller.
That appointment is not until the Wed, the 19th,
a number of days after the Natural Product Expo West.

I am confused...

Doing too many things.

Some heaviness in kidney area...
Can this handle itself without Medical intervention?
