Since this may be the largest online class ever—there may be some traffic jams on the web. We've taken every precaution to minimize the risk and its potential disruption. If you do experience trouble watching the live video stream, here's what you should know: Refer to our webcast support page. If your video is slow, stopped, or "stuttering" you can come back tomorrow to watch the entire webcast easily on Oprah.com. You can even download the podcast on Oprah.com or iTunes.

Important! Your Internet Connection
The Move media player requires a certain internet speed for an optimal experience. If you are able to view video on the web without any problems you should be able to watch the online class. If you would like to test your internet connection speed to verify that you meet the minimum requirements please refer to our webcast support page. If you find that you do not have the minimum speed required, we will be offering an adapted experience within a couple of days after each live Monday night class.
