Woke up with some pain in lower back kidney area.
Got worse, but seems to be better the last hour.

I want to avoid going to the emergency ER
as nurse of my primary care physician suggested.

I need more input here.

LIkely kidney stone.

Had intense pain about four years and
drugs Ibuprofen messed up my digestion for about a year.

Definitely cannot afford to have an Kidney pain happening
or reoccuring during the time of the Natural Produce Expo West
March 13-16. Major committments.

Been feeling very discouraged around record keeping,
but breakthroughs this morning.

Not sure what to do now with this kidney situaltion.
I was asking for the pain to go away and was able to
get it to subside with Arnica Montana and a magnetic devise I have,
but something needs to be done at the cause level.

Primary Care Physician said go to the ER,
but called in when pain was near severe.

PCOM? Acupuncture?

Number of things happening around here
today.

Rainbow working on leak now.

Got second bid on tree that needs to be trimmed.
Colen working in garden now.

Alvin from SDG& E stopped by to answer
some repairs abour impending meter move.

Will call primary care physician again.

Was I drinking enough water?

High proteins yesterday.

Left side hurting.
Started in front, now in back,
near kidneys.

This concerns me.

Stressing out every time I
make a mistake, or have a glitch
record keeping. This is not good.

Set up Property Tax Report.

Tired. Been thinking in bed since H
got up to go to work at 5. Wasn't able to go back to bed.

Thought I would use the time wisely,
so worked out how to do some report set up in my head
and then on paper.

Rainbow coming to fix leak again.

Jesus coming to estimate tree trimming.

Marcia coming 1-5 to clean.

Colen in garden.

pain increasing in left side.
