Made some significant progress.
Got a Report going in Quicken that seems to work.
I can see the need for other structures and thinking related to
Supplies.

I am putting a lot on hold to do this.

Will work with Bank Statements tomorrow.

I almost gave up a number of times.

This really pressed me to my limits
of what I can wrap my head around.

See the errors of my ways.

Will find ways to simplfy this by keeping up
and automating some bills.

It is 8:20 AM
and I am dressed
and ready to work on finances.

I was doing finances a lot during
my sleep

My goal is to generate a working
House Budget for Utilities/supplies
vs $80 per person.

Toward morning, I got a good readout
on many of the upsets I am feeling
underneath the surface tension
over doing these finances.

There is a laundry list.

It is a day after Mercury Retrograde.
My communication energy within myself
is going forward. At least I can name
what i going on.

I have been in a muddle of upset.
Too much upset to name.
Without naming it was difficult to validate,
or take action.

Judith, my coach, tells me validating means
taking the wounded inner child to my chest
and giving him the love I am seeking from others.

The intensity of panic that I have been feeling
has been shocking.

I do better at least seeing into what is going on.

First Things First.
I am in no position to do anything about these upsets
until I set the Record Keeping,
at least a few steps in Order.

This Order will put me back on the road to confidence.
At least, a bit of my Structure and Foundation will
be once again more Secure.

Oh I see!
There is much I am able to see now, just working
these numbers.

I cannot afford the detective work that comes from
not paying bills each month because this makes
my reports difficult.

There are a lot of transactions set on Auto Pilot
that generate false figures. I have to go through
and correct these.

This has been a massive energy output just generating
an accurate Gas and Electric statement, and a Water Only statement
from January 07 to the present.

I have a House Meeting tomorrow night, Wed.
I want to speak to this at least.

I need this complete.

STEPS:

1. Go to Community Asset Account Statements.
Generate some online off Bank Web Site if necessary.

2. Check for accurate totals on transfers for
Inflow that balances against outflow...utilities
and supplies.

3. How much was the transfer for Work Fund each month?

IMPROVEMENT:

I now have a separate account for EG WORK FUND.

Stay on Purpose, Goldman.

Before going on to Work Fund accounting,
Generate a Combined statement.

Also...
call the Water Department...
What was the monthly bills for Water paid in...
these pay be payments for more than one month.

Can I see these in my water bills?
Yes, I can, but cut down on the detective work.

Also get clear on bill paid is for usage before....
clarify...dates.

Leslie, please gather all the CA statements.

1. Check for months for $590. or 640. deposits.

On line Bank could not show some statements for 07.
Error in System. They apologized.

Went through my File Cabinet,
to find old statements.

Took the Time.

Got a pile here.

Looks at old mail.

Found Check uncashed.
Found signs of M.I.A Re: Record Keeping.
near Water Turnoff.
Can I go on Auto-Pilot with Utility Bills
to avoid this again?

I would have to make sure that there is money in the account
transfered at beginning of each month.

What are the dates that they withdraw money?

Auto for Cable Bill, phone, internet? Possible?
Would save stress.

Got as far as part of August and September....
incompletes: Bank Statement has tranactions that are not in Register in Quicken.

Tired...I Sad...about this state of M.I.A.

Two Reports:

Gas and Electric Only.
Water Only

What is the combined total of Community Asset income?

Community Assets in.

Take off 1/6th of $80.00 for December for vacancy in the Little Room.
