Anxiety:

Even though I have this anxiety feeling, I completely,deeply love and accept myself.
-negative round-
this feeling of anxiety
this feeling of dread and worry
this self hating feeling
this unworthy feeling
this inferior feeling
I can't do this
I can't work and go to school at the same time
-positive round-
I am calm and at peace at all times.
I am filled with the peace of God.
I am filled with godly love and security.
I am the best at attending all classes.
I love going to class.
I love attending class labs and taking on the challenges.
I completely calm and ready for all my examinations and competencies.
