Hello friends + family! Please read below about a very important event that will be happening soon in San Diego ~ February 24th, 2008. Gabriel Cousens, holistic physician at the Tree of Life in Patagonia AZ, will be visiting San Diego to give a talk about how to cure Diabetes. If you or someone you know have diabetes, make time for this important event!

Attached is a flyer about this event. If anyone of you can help post this flyer around San Diego/Encinitas, it would be super helpful ~ also because we have such a short time before the event! Places of work, school, churches, co-op, farmer's markets, yoga studios (etc.!)...Also, please forward this info on to your friends + family! I will see you at the event!! (If you don't live in San Diego, you can still let people know about his new book and there are other cities on the tour ~ see below...)

Also, to let those of you know that are interested, I would like to start giving raw food classes again in April. I am currently seeking a permanent space to be able to give classes, as I need a more stable space than simply a friend's backyard! I have an opportunity in Encintas, CA, but would also like a space in San Diego, preferably close to North Park/Hillcrest. If anyone knows of a space that could hold approx. 25 people, please let me know, and we can talk more of specifics. (The space in Encinitas will be out of a holistic clinic, this could be a great opportunity for a holistic clinic here in San Diego to start hosting community events, etc.) More info to come soon on classes!!
