A good day with surprice

This day was similar to days 9 and 10 with the exception of :

I did not sleep long today ( only to 10AM ) but I went also early to bed like 10 PM
Normally I die other days I went to bed like 2 AM.
I am not tired at all, I cook again the whole day even experimenting with new recipes and deserts ,but I have no hunger or desire to eat .
I am cooking a lot and reading cooking books too !!!!.
Das any body did das during the fast?

I had today a BM !

I was not prepared for it , good that I sucseeded to run to the toilet .My oh my , what came out from me ! A dark bleak paste increadible stinky ( not like a normal bowel movment at all , more like chemicals and poison ) and in a big amount.Dr Sheltan is write, enemasa are not nessesery ,when the body likes it pushes the waste it a way .I was very much surprised I slept very nice in the night and in my body was everything quite .Then two, tree crumps and out it was.

My tongue is still coated like before , the bread is very bad ( My son and my husband are running way from me )even after scrubing the tongue.
I suppose I am cleaning already in a high speed .

Urin is the same with foam.I am not drinking much , but stil going to bathroom regurlary.
No complains from any parts of my body.

Puls is 65 . BP is 130/80 .
