a bit of a change - juice fast/water fast

so this keeps happening - i wake up feeling very good, but i quickly go downhill to a horrible energy low for the rest of the day. it was okay for the first week of classes, but i just realized today, as i had to buy the rest of my books, that i could hardly walk across campus to buy them. i'm too weak and spacey/foggy to be able to do this water fast and really focus on school, so i think that instead of water fasting i'll introduce a bit of very watered down juice to it to make it a juice fast. still primarily water, but if i just have a little cup of diluted juice a few times per day i think it would make all of the difference. i'm kinda bummed i cant continue with just water, but it really wouldn't be smart to get off to a bad start this semester, and i'm very proud of myself for making it this far. i have had 1/2 of a bottle of naked juice (i drank 8 oz) for 3 very diluted drinks today. i already feel much MUCH better and i'm not feeling like I'm going to drop to the floor each time i stand up haha (i felt like this even standing up slowly).
So .. my revised plan: juice fast the first 3 days of the week ( this week sunday - tuesday, next week it looks like monday - wednesday with my schedule) and water fast the remaining 4. im still planning on continuing my fast for 20 days, and i'm curious to see how long it will take for my tongue to clear up - its really covered in the white stuff.
evening update - i have felt amazing since i've had the juice. i've been drinking water the rest of the day. i have a wonderful amount of energy and feel completely aware and energetic, and can really appreciate the changes that are happening in me. this is how i want to feel, so im very energized for the rest of my fast!
