A low carb bread recipe that you can eat along with humous (recipe included) or almond butter

This is an Italian flat bread. Its height makes for the thickness of the slices and you can cut big pieces to use it for sandwiches.
INGREDIENTS:
· 2 cups buckwheat flour
· 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
· 1/4 teaspoon salt (1/2 teaspoon produces a salty bread… not as yummy, but great for bowel cleanse
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon
· 5 beaten eggs
· 1/3 C water
· 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare pan (a 10X15 pan with sides works best) with oiled parchment paper.
1) Mix dry ingredients well
2) Add wet to dry, and combine well.
Bake for about 30 minutes
Eat with almond butter, pumpkin butter, coconut oil or humous (see recipe below)
HUMOUS
A can of chickpeas (or about 1/2 cup of raw chickpeas, soak 10 hours, cook in 2 cups of water, for 2 hours)
2 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of lemon
1/3 oil (omega 3-6-9) for 2/3 water
Put the chickpeas, lemon and garlic in blender. Add up enough oil/water just to cover most of the chickpeas.
Blend.
Spread on your Foccacia and ENJOY!
