better and better

so its 8pm, i did the salt water flush around 6:30 and have to say that it didnt do too much for me. it wasnt horrible going down, and i've done it before during the master cleanse so i was sure i got enough salt and everything - i was surprised it didnt do more. i can still feel it kind of gurgling in my lower intestines, which is definitely a strange feeling haha, and i'm hoping more will come of it later. i think i'll take a laxative tea again tonight so hopefully i will have a bm in the morning - i dont like the idea of more toxins sitting in me.
i'm feeling great, and today was serious improvement from the first three days! i'm off until monday, so i'm looking forward to getting some work done, some meditation, and taking the weekend easy and using it for some downtime to really look at things going on in my life. i'm surprised at myself - even during the mastercleanse i cannot honestly say that it wasnt a struggle - i'd be up and down and up and down between cravings and feeling hungry.. i think now that i'm seeing how i'm feeling now that i was much hungrier on the cleanse, and throughout/coming off of the cleanse i kind of just wanted junk food more. unlike that, i now find myself looking forward to tasting fruit once again, beans, salads, etc. and its a good feeling. right now, nothing about pasta or pizzas or heavy bread seems appetizing to me, and while that may change as i have different feelings across the span of my fast, i am feeling very resolved and very good about my decision to do this healthwise. i'm enjoying this and looking forward to being able to get back in to a very organic diet following my fast - it feels like this has made it so much easier to start up once again once i will start eating.
i have noticed that my legs are particularly achey and it feels almost like i have heavy growing pains in my legs. i am guessing this is a result of toxins as i have read on several fasting sites.
