Day 11 - Health and Wellness Hangover

Day 11:

Today when I was getting dressed I started noticing that my clothes were not fitting as they did. Then I realized that I had not weighed myself for a while and decided to do so. I was shocked - this is day 11 and I have dropped 14 pounds! How can that be? So I started taking a good look at myself and I noticed most of it - probably at least 75% of the 14 lbs appears to be body fat. Now pre-fast I didn't have much, but what little I did have was centered in my abdomen, waist and upper legs. Now this area has really seemed to shrink and thats mainly why the clothes fit different.

Also from research I have found that most of the toxins we retain in our bodies from processed foods, pesticides, and poor air quality get stored in our fat layers - and as these layers "burn-off" the release of the toxins is what we experience in detox. Makes me wonder what happens is we keep this toxins prolonged in our fat layers - sometimes years in some cases - what affect this has on manifesting other diseases? Something to think about - especially for moderate to chronic cases of obesity.

So today I went about my day feeling like I was on top of the world - feeling very clean and healthy, a strong feeling of wellness and healing has taken over. And I dont fell any of the side-effects of the spinal cord injury - weakness, numbness on left side of body.

Today's Intake:
- Grape, Apple, Ginger (great!)
- Celery, Carrot, Cabbage, Beets (good)
- Celery, Carrot, Cabbage, Romaine Lettuce (good)

Today's Output:
- I am going to the bathroom #1 like every 3-4 hours, urine is clear, no odor
- #2 Twice, Normal

Today's Physical Outlook:
- Unexpected weight loss (mostly body fat)

Today's Mental Outlook:
- The spiritual mind is happy and is compassionate as the physical body goes through this process.
- An overwhelming feeling of wellness and healing has flooded over me!
