Travels.

Stopped eating 12:01am January 1st, 2008!

Since it was a beautiful day we decided to go on a spontaneous trip to Yosemite (4 hours away) for the day.

Went the entire day no problems until about 5:00pm. My throat was hurting all day, and I started feeling generally pretty yucky.

I was drinking water through the day, but when I got home at 10:00pm, I had a bowl of dead ripe home grown persimmons.

No worries, I still consider this a good fast so far.

I have had no BMs today though, despite taking 10 FEN-LB capsules. If I don't move by tomorrow, I will have to enema or flush with salt water.
